Again I forgot changing my address in my profile and the item ended up at my old address. The seller was very helpful and willing to send another at no charge. Very sweet of her. I drove almost an hour away to get it and waited for the delivery driver as long as I could but had to get back home. Of course the driver called me as soon as I made it back home.😆I stay in touch with the seller as she was very supportive with the situation and walked through the storm with me. I went back to get it.
I have one complaint, but I'm sure it's a naive one... this arrived in an Amazon box and I REALLY have made an effort not to do business with Amazon. I loathe those effers. That is exactly why I'm on Ebay. But, with that said: an excellent transaction. I bought a glass water bottle that's in a silicone cover. I'd had a different one, but similar which I dropped and broke. This one is terrific and I highly Bentom USA. Great communication and fast shipping.
