I was disappointed in my experience with this purchase/seller. After ordering and waiting a week, the seller informed me they were issuing a refund. They assumed the order had been lost. They said if it showed up, I could keep it as a gift but it does not appear that it was ever sent. I assume they sold it to someone else, didn't take the listing down or never had it to begin with. I asked for information to have the shipping company try to locate it but they did not provide that information.
Honest seller. 10 Stars. Thank you for letting me know the item was lost and for issuing a full refund. I waited a few more days, and the shipping status says delivered, however, the item did not arrive. At one point the shipping status said it was out for delivery somewhere in Carencro which is somewhere else in Louisiana. Much appreciated.
They found and delivered items from Walmart that I couldn’t get, though at a higher price. When I tried, the items were always shown as in stock, the order was accepted, then the next day, Walmart reported they were out of stock. This happened several times.
