There was a fault with 2 of the 3 brushes. As soon as the seller was made aware of this, they immediately sent a replacement. They asked me if I could send photos so that they can show them to the factory to help them refine or adjust the production process. I have provided the photos. I feel that this is an excellent company with communication skills second to none. I would highly recommend this seller.
