  1. Box arrived in terrible condition. There was one small piece of newspaper for packing, one piece of tape sealing the box, and half of the box was completely soaked. The packaging of the individual products were sub-par for new items. I was happy with the price and shipping speed, but the attention to care when it comes to packaging and shipping in a way that the package would arrive undamaged left much to be desired. Please fix your shipping methods so the product can arrive as expected.
