The delivered stamp didn't have any ink nor looked had before, and I guess it was shipped from China though the seller location is known as in East coast in US. After 3~4 rounds of the messages negotiation, the seller agreed to refund since I could not use it without the ink. Though it was inconvenient & I spent some time on it, it was resolved not wasting my money.
They sent the wrong one and said they didn't have the one they had listed. The listing said it was velvet, it was some really cheap cloth not velvet and not the print that I bought. They gave a full refund.
