Complete Greenhouse Misting/Propagation System Kit comes in reusable 5 gallon measuring bucket with lid Kit Includes: Pressure Regulator Screen Filter Connection for standard Garden Hose Bibb or faucet 100' main line (1/2" poly header) 16 misting nozzles with LPD (leak prevention/non-drain device). Hole punch/installation tool 2 End closure for poly line 2 Ells 1 Tee 1 Repair Coupler This Kit includes everything to get started with greenhouse irrigation. They come ready to plumb into a standard 3/4" garden hose or faucet. Great for the backyard gardener or if you are just getting started with greenhouse irrigation. System is designed to use over head on benches for starting new cuttings or watering existing plant stock. Misters should be hung 3-4 feet above crop and spaced 3 feet down the 1/2" line to cover up to a 4' wide bench 40-50' long (hang higher for cooling or humidification). These have the LPD feature to prevent drain-down of lines after run times allowing higher uniformity and instant on/off operation (no delay when controller turns on/off valve). No extra pressure needed to operate (30 PSI recommended), works off standard garden hose or faucet . Eliminates the need for hand watering while giving very high uniformity over the table. Other items can be added to complement the system such as controller/timers, fertilizer injectors, more zones/lines, sensors (photo, temperature, and moisture), or a flow meter. This is the same material used by the commercial nursery growers and greenhouses. These can even be used to help lower temperature when operated in the cycle mode with a Mist/Irrigation controller (not included). This system can be expanded for future growth, and the sprinklers are modular to allow for change if the application requires it. The drawing shows a two row set-up with the modular type sprinklers.
