The package took awhile to arrive, but that is the nature of buying internationally. At first I was concerned because they arrived in an envelope however, inside, the minerals were wrapped extremely well and could not possibly have gotten damaged. The seller was amazing with communication and checked with me frequently to make sure that I got my minerals. They were exactly what was shown in the pictures and I am very pleased with the product and value. A+
