CD was very well packaged with paper and bubble wrap and in a sturdy box, delivered on time. The CD did have shrink wrap over it, but the front of the hard casing was cracked in two places. Odd that this damage would have occurred during shipment, given how well it was packaged. I don't recall seeing a statement that the hard plastic case was damaged in spite of the CD being listed in new condition. Overall, however, I am pleased with the seller because the CD itself is in new condition.
Item even better than pictured, really looks beautiful on an antique dresser that was missing a pull handle. Received item sooner than expected, seller reached out to make sure I actually received the item due to confusion with shipping notifications which I thought was so thoughtful. Received the item very quickly. While it was the wrong item as soon as I notified them of the issue they were extremely quick to resolve the situation. While I am disappointed I didn't get what I wanted I am still happy with the transaction and would buy from them again.
