Frank Moreno Ceramics USA Vintage Blue Ribbed Oval Planter Vase Signed. Condition is Pre-owned and in very good condition. There are a number of spots where the glaze is missing, some from bubbles in the glaze and some where the glaze didn't get fully covered. I didn't see or feel any cracks. Please see all photos.
