The item was shipped quickly, but unfortunately damaged in transit. When I reached out to the seller, they promptly replied to accept a return and refund. I really wanted the item and the damage was fixable with hot glue, so I asked for a partial refund instead of the return, and the seller kindly and quickly agreed. Really great costumer service!
