Incorrect size sent - I should have just disputed with paypal and received my full refund. I was initially offered a 30% refund on something that is completely useless to me, and ended up taking a 50% refund. Listing is for a 14mm bolt to suit XJR1300, I received a 12mm bolt with 14mm head. I will not purchase from this seller again. This is not a positive feedback - seller begged me to leave no negative or neutral feedback. Take that as you will.
It was very good quality despite the packaging that was a little left to be desired with the metal poles sticking out of the plastic package, glad those weren't ruined in transit. But I am happy that everything arrived in one piece.
