One of the best sellers hands down I have ever came across. Due to my finicky sale system, I had to cancel the same order twice in the same day. After literally asking the seller to cancel and refund so I could toggle business purchase on so my account would record it as a business purchase and repurchase the same item, I had to cancel a couple of hours after again. The buyer responded promptly with a polite reply each time and did what I asked without hesitation. Hats off to you my friend!!!!

Outstanding condition. "Like New" was an understatement. This looked like it had never been used. Even had extras. Came with Manual and original Bissell Hydrorinse tool. Was well packaged. Shipping updates from UPS was spotty but that is not the sellers fault. Great Value.
