Shipping was pretty quick and definitely affordable- packaging was well done and it arrived safely and intact - item was as described minus an incompatible brick for the charging cord- was not the original charger with the item- the charging cord packaged was one end USB and one end UBC. The ubc end HAS to go in the device to charge it so the usb end must be compatible with the brick and it wasn’t. Luckily, we had extras hanging around our house, but I did notify the seller of this. Good value
