I haven't used the dehumidifier and it is a longer term operation than I can report on. It did arrive as described and looks good. The company was good to deal with and prompt with communication. I would deal with them again.
The dehumidifier shipped quickly from California, and was packaged extremely well. Arrived in new condition, and is high quality. The unit's warranty is activated and it's running well so far. Great seller.
The seller was flexible with the price and was shipped quickly. Shipping time was a little long but the item arrived in very good condition. I have not unboxed it yet but will do so d=soon.
