It took a while to receive the item and then I didn't receive it because there was some kind of a problem with the shipping or the order on the other end and they asked me if they could refund my money due to the problem and then they did. I mean sometimes things happen and that's all you can do. It's very hard to find this fan. The original one that I bought was from Sam's Club and you can't get anymore.
