Return Eligibility:
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide return authorization and instructions.
• Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a full refund. For these cases, return shipping is covered by us with a prepaid shipping label.
Return Shipping (non-damaged items):
For returns based on customer preference or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Address:
We use a U.S. processing center for returns. The full return address will be provided once your return request has been approved by our support team.
Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee is applied to any returns.
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, the standard return process applies.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will initiate a carrier investigation. If your package cannot be located, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
