SHIPPING POLICY

Order Changes:
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to return a product, please initiate the returns procedure after receiving the item. If customers need to return the merchandise after receiving it, they should first contact the provided email and follow the correct return process for mailing. There is no limitation on the mailing company, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. After the warehouse receives the merchandise, it will be inspected within 3-6 days. Once the inspection is complete, the refund will be returned to the customer’s original payment method.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order but have not yet received it, and the tracking status shows it as delivered, please contact the carrier to locate your package. Once the item is in the carrier’s possession, we no longer have control over it. If the issue persists, kindly email us at [email protected], and we will do our best to assist and resolve the issue promptly. Sometimes, tracking information may not be available due to technical issues, resulting in the tracking information not being updated on the app. If you are still unable to locate your item, please contact us at [email protected], and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Tax and Fees:
Please note that all orders within the United States are exempt from taxes and fees.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
SYLSSH Tech is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

- We currently offer shipping within the United States only. The order cut-off time is 6 P.M., Pacific Time Zone, United States.
- Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Standard delivery time is 8-16 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Express delivery time is 5-8 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Shipping is free for all orders.
- We utilize EMS International Logistics as our shipping carrier.
- Specific shipping restrictions may apply to certain products or locations, and these will be clearly stated in our shipping policy.
- While we make reasonable efforts to meet the provided shipping and delivery dates, we are not liable for any delays in shipments.
